So today I am going to talk about how to use your regular curriculum and turn it into an OG method of learning....
Here we have the SING SPELL READ and WRITE Kindergarten Book 2 of the set. Instead of just learning the flat letter and manipulating them here like they have it, we take it further and create the words using clay. pulling the hat letters out that are flat and then creating the 3D visual with clay; my Dyslexic son was able to recognize his first real word and say it.
Which letters was he looking at? The 3D ones!!!!
They make a huge difference!
We also do rice sand and letters. We say the letter, write the letter in the sand and say its' sound!
